SES utilized its extensive knowledge of midstream oil and gas construction to assist in the revamping of an existing plastics recycling facility near Raleigh, NC that processes 20 TONs of plastics per day by means of pyrolysis. This consisted of the installation of a distillation tower, heat exchanger, chiller, primary & secondary condensers, primary & secondary receiver vessels, flash drum, flash receiver, KO drum, air cooler, heat exchanger, dual purpose filter vessels, and flare. SES also installed all associated structural steel, stainless-steel piping, and wire/cable for controls, power, communication, and instrumentation.
