As an industry leader with over 12 years of experience in the petroleum industry, Mr. Rodriguez has a proven track record of success as both an entrepreneur and business developer through his varied M&A activities. Throughout his career, Mr. Rodriguez has had significant executive experience as an owner, investor, operator, sponsor and equity partner. In addition to his career in the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Rodriguez holds numerous investment interests spanning several industry sectors including: (Real Estate, Medical Supplies and Instruments).

Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with honors from The University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business.

Shayne Rutherford is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with 18+ years of experience driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth. He has led high-growth organizations through transitions, from startups to enterprises exceeding $500M in revenue, 2,500+ employees, and 1.2B+ in assets under management. With a strong focus on financial transparency, strategic expansion, and operational control, Shayne specializes in leveraging technology, financial planning and analysis, internal controls, and change management to optimize business performance. His expertise spans multiple industries including construction, development, real estate investment, insurance, and mortgage, where he has successfully implemented scalable financial infrastructures, business analytics, and forecasting models to support rapid growth. Beyond his executive roles, Shayne has served on eight Boards of Directors, providing strategic financial oversight and corporate governance across residential and commercial real estate, construction, mortgage, and insurance sectors. His leadership extends to process automation, risk management, human resources planning, and capital strategy, ensuring businesses are well-positioned for long-term success. A licensed CPA, Shayne holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science in Accounting Information Management, and an MBA (Finance Focus) from The University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School.

With a career forged in the trenches and elevated to the executive suite, Patrick Tansey delivers unparallelled leadership in midstream construction. As a Chief Operating Officer, Patrick is celebrated for his exceptional ability to guide established and burgeoning construction-oriented companies to new heights. Patrick’s expertise is not only operational; it’s deeply rooted in his extensive executive leadership and valuable contributions to non-profit and civic boards. His journey includes remarkable successes like founding and staffing Mining Consultants, swiftly securing $80 million in industrial construction sales. Before that, a decade in Pre-Construction Services at EMJ saw him develop acclaimed retail power center projects. His early career also includes impactful years as a forensic construction consultant at Morris Engineering, where he tackled high-stakes losses for the insurance industry. Patrick’s foundation was laid in 1980, working as a tradesman while studying Construction Management. This practical experience, combined with a portfolio spanning projects in 38 U.S. states and 4 international consultations, speaks volumes about his reach and versatility. He points to the Camp Akiva project in Point, TX, as a particularly rewarding professional endeavor. Away from the blueprint, Patrick is an accomplished sculptor.

Randy Larkin is a veteran energy executive with more than 35 years of experience across the oil & gas, natural gas, LNG, and midstream sectors. As Vice President of Energy at Schwob Energy Services, he oversees a wide portfolio of projects delivering complex infrastructure projects with speed, safety, and precision. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Randy has built a distinguished career at the intersection of technical innovation and business strategy. His leadership spans executive and partner roles at companies such as Galileo Technologies, E2 Energy Services, Natural Gas Services Group, and Compressor Systems, Inc.—along with multiple entrepreneurial ventures he founded and led, including Charger Energy Services and LHF Midstream Partners. Throughout his career, Randy has executed over $500M in capital projects, spearheaded multiple M&A transactions, and consistently delivered measurable growth in revenue, market share, and shareholder value. He is known for forging strong client relationships, leading high-performance teams, and navigating high-pressure environments with clarity and integrity. Randy’s expertise includes business development, engineering, design, manufacturing, project execution, and capital strategy. Whether managing startup growth, scaling operations, or advising on strategic deals, he brings a unique ability to bridge field execution with executive vision.

Matt Billings is an operations leader specializing in industrial construction, energy-sector fabrication, and multi-discipline project execution. As Vice President of Operations at Schwob Energy Services, he oversees field operations, project delivery, process improvement, and organizational alignment across SES’s growing portfolio. Matt is known for stepping into fast-moving environments and building structure, clarity, and accountability. His background includes leading I&E divisions, fabrication shops, panel shop operations, directional drilling, telecommunications, and project controls functions. He has implemented standardized systems across SharePoint, various ERPs, and project management platforms to improve transparency, margin protection, and schedule reliability. With a leadership style rooted in communication, ownership, humility, and data-driven decision-making, Matt focuses on developing strong teams and creating predictable performance in both office and field operations. Prior to joining Schwob, he held senior roles managing complex industrial and midstream projects, driving operational readiness, and strengthening departmental processes. Matt is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building teams capable of delivering safe, high-quality, and dependable results for SES clients.

Alba Jimenez is an accomplished finance executive with a strong track record of leading and optimizing accounting and financial operations for high-growth, internationally focused organizations. Alba serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping corporate strategy, financial planning, and key business decisions. Alba joined Schwob Energy Services in 2023 as Controller and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting. In this role, she oversees the company’s financial operations and leads initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance across the organization. Prior to this role, she was Global Finance Director at Altos Planos Collective, where she built financial systems and reporting structures from the ground up. At Habitat for Humanity, she enhanced financial statement accuracy, reinforcing transparency and accountability. In Latin America, Alba played a pivotal role in scaling the region’s leading microfinance operation tied to store credit for Colombia’s largest furniture retailer and helped launch operations in Panama. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Millicom (CELCARIBE S.A.) and MPS Mayorista de Colombia S.A., where she led financial reporting, compliance, and accounting transformation initiatives. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Alba brings a collaborative and approachable leadership style and excels in directing and motivating multicultural teams across global markets.

Wes Carver is a highly accomplished leader with a proven track record of success in the oil and gas sector. With 18 years of industry experience, Wes has served for 12 years as a member of Schwob Energy Services, directing sales and marketing initiatives that positioned the company as a top-tier general contractor specializing in Oil and Gas and RNG construction. His deep understanding of construction and strategic sales leadership are invaluable assets. Prior to his civilian career, Wes demonstrated exemplary service in the United States Air Force for 8 years, earning numerous Accommodation and Achievement Medals for Bravery, and several Nato Medals, highlighting his dedication and commitment to service.
